Centennial Support
Apropos Consulting offers first-level technical support for both Centennial Discovery and DeviceWall customers current on their support maintenance contracts. Our support hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM MST (except holidays). We offer several ways to contact us with your technical issues:

This online Centennial Self Service Web Portal allows you to create and submit your own trouble tickets, as well as review the progress of current support incidents. To log in, use your primary e-mail address. Once you have submitted a ticket, it will be sent immediately to the appropriate Centennial Support Technician for response. |
GoldMine Support
Support options vary depending on the version of GoldMine you are using and whether or not you have a current support maintenance contract. Review each option below to determine which support option is right for you.
GoldMine Corporate Edition customers current on maintenance contracts: All Corporate Edition customers current on support minatenance can contact FrontRange Solutions directly for first-level support. Days and hours of operation for FrontRange Support is Monday through Friday: 6 AM to 6 PM MST (except holidays).
GoldMine Corporate or Standard Edition without current maintenance contracts: All Standard Edition or Corporate Edition customers without current support maintenance contracts can contact Apropos Consulting for technical support at our hourly consulting rate. Days and hours of operation for Apropos Consulting support is Monday through Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM MST (except Holidays). We offer several ways to contact us with your technical issues:
