HEAT Plus Remote Support Suite provides the following key features and benefits:

  • No subscription required. The powerful HEAT Plus Remote tool set is licensed and does not require a subscription; it is licensed which will provide you maximum benefit while promoting controlled support costs.

  • Support remote PCs anytime and anywhere using secure Internet sessions. HEAT Plus Remote ensures that your remote support activities are supported through the use of firewall-friendly, secure SSL-encrypted sessions, thereby enabling anytime, anywhere support over the Internet.

  • Utilize robust incident resolution tools. To be most efficient at problem solving while supporting your users, utilize the incident resolution tools that come with HEAT Plus Remote. Communicate remotely with users via remote control, gain access to real-time system information, and perform chat, file transfer, and remote execute and reboot functions.

A simple installation of HEAT Plus Remote on a server and then configuration with your current infrastructure is all you need to get started.
